My #1 discipline hack? It might surprise you.

Most successful people credit “discipline” for their achievements.

And this topic is written about in plenty of business articles and books.

Yet, if you’re like me…

You’ve probably found yourself struggling to be as disciplined as you want to be.

At work. With food. With fitness.

Today, I want to quickly share my #1 hack for making it easier to be disciplined in any area of life…

Because while I think this does matter as much as people say, it’s hard to find effective tactical advice on HOW to be disciplined.

Ready for it?

Start really, really small.

Instead of starting with 500 dials a day…start with 50.

Instead of starting with an hour workout a day…start with one exercise.

Instead of completely cutting out sugar…cut it out for one meal a week.

This is actually harder than it sounds.

Because often, when we’re excited to make a change…

We want to go from 0 to 100.

And we have to resist this temptation.

The 0 to 100 energy might last for 1-2 days…

But it hardly ever lasts for even a week.

If we start super, super small…

So small that it would almost be laughable to quit?

We’ll dramatically improve our chances of building positive momentum.

If you’d like to discuss this further, let me know.

And remember: START SMALL
